We Need Proof of Your Pet's Vaccinations
You must provide proof that your pet's vaccinations are up-to-date. This not only includes regular yearly shots, but the Bordetella or Kennel Cough vaccine for dogs and Rabies. You can have your vet fax or email a record of the vaccinations. No animal will be accepted without up-to-date vaccinations.
- Rabies - either the shot given annually or every three years. The actual certificate is required
- Distemper series including Parvovirus - within the past 12 months
- Bordetella or “Kennel Cough” - within the past 12 months. This shot is in addition to your dog's yearly core shots
Your dog is not completely protected unless their vaccinations for Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella are up to date. Although there is no vaccination available for cats for Bordetella - Kennel Cough, your cat must still have its core vaccinations.
Note that no animal will be accepted unless these vaccinations are up to date. Call or visit us
today for more details.
