Read Through Some of Our Commonly Asked Questions
You can consider the following as a guide to let you know how we function, and what you need to do to get your pet a reservation at Guten Morgen Kennels.
Policy About Fleas
At Guten Morgen, we prioritize the well-being and comfort of all animals in our care. Please note that if your pet is found to have fleas during their stay, we have a policy in place to ensure the health and safety of all our guests.
In such a situation, we will immediately contact your emergency contact to inform them about the flea infestation. They will be required to pick up your pet promptly. Additionally, to cover the costs associated with this issue, there will be a charge of $250.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for the original length of stay that was booked for your pet, as it is important for us to maintain a clean and flea-free environment for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our facility free from fleas and ensuring the well-being of all the animals in our care.
